Apparently it was Matt Oakley that convinced Tisdale to go to MK Dons https://www.miltonkeynes.co.uk/sport/football/mk-dons/oakley-had-no-doubt-mk-dons-was-right-for-paul-tisdale-1-8530193 and that Oakley doesn't like coaching on grass!
