No panic, just prudent concern. I do think the Ampadu tribunal will come up with a fair and substantial figure, but some scenario planning is always a good idea.

I hope and expect we will produce another decent asset, though whether they will match Watkins or Grimes remains to be seen. But is it sensible to assume so? And not to make contingency plans?
Correct. That would be a very dangerous assumption.

Even the Club (not a paragon of fiscal rectitude) sets a neutral budget ignoring potential "windfall income."

Looking at the figures presented to the AGM, we are going to be in trouble in 2-3 years if the Tribunal figure for Ampadu is a very low one as the previous windfall income will run out and our cost base has increased significantly from £4M a year or so ago to over £5M
Are those increased costs not factored into Keith's projections ? If they are we should be safe until at least June 2022 as there will be over £1 million cash at the bank at that point. We would need to see a projected balance sheet to be sure though as the cash might have to be used to clear liabilities. Possibly Keith has adjusted for that but we do not know.
