Disbelief...
Some non-league outfit away from home. Preferably who have never made the 2nd round before.

Or Bury away.

You know the score.

When did we last have a FA Cup 2nd Round thread?

By the way, didn't take long for the FA to drop the "sponsored by" tag, despite promising that would never happen. And then they have the temerity to ask what happened to the magic of the cup... To££ers

Who cares what it's called, still the FA Cup ain't it?

Id rather a **** non-league team away. We either win and gives us a chance to gloat over a bunch of minnows, or we lose and there's a story to tell the grandkids. I enjoyed Warrington away last year, proper cup tie.

Loving the free flowing entertaining football at S
Hopefully this season we can achieve the magical 3rd round spot

Chances are we will draw a big old physical non league side away from
Home on a bobbly pitch - you know the rest

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Torquay at home, we would probably still lose.

Poole or Weston super mare would be nice trips. I wouldn't mind getting another tie similar to last season away from home. Everyone will crap on about the pitch, the crowd being too close to the action, the non league sides tactics and the ref not being strong enough. Tisdale will fret about how it's an uncomfortable experience, he doesn't know anything about the opposition mainly because he knows we will be the favourites and he will be under some pressure to get us through even if it is via a replay.

It may even be on the telly as well :x

The lowest ranked team at home please. We need a cup run as we don't have any Matt Grimes to sell this season.
We have a David Wheeler though! Can't see him playing too many more seasons for us

Unfortunately as he is over 24 and presumably out of contract in the summer clubs are unlikely to be offering loads no matter how many he scores. If we got a number of clubs competing for him we could get a better fee but unless he signs a longer deal clubs can let his deal run out and offer him better wages in the summer.

We are definitely due a trip to the third round. It's been more than a decade.

Orient home, repeat of the league game would be nice.
