Its 80% of £10 per purchase. I have no idea how many purchases there will be, probably in the low hundreds, 200, 300 maybe?

80% of the net, not the gross. After costs. And after VAT, as FBH says. The real income for clubs will be small and I expect will not outweigh loss of actual attendees who also spend money on programmes, food, drink etc. There WILL be profit, but for the IT company and the EFL not individual clubs.
