Dodged a bullet there I think, no stand out players really however Reid made a slight difference when he came on holds the ball better than LM and a good goal, I don't think that first goal was off side it will be interesting to see that later on, fabulous take down and assist for LMc on that one but he should have got the one that flew across the box he will get sharper with more game time, Ollie a bit off today but at least he scored which always rights off an off day.

Should have won really but the omens were against us. The word 'thread' missing from this thread initially. Dr Dave posting the weather report on the wrong thread.

Anyway they pressed us really well and didn't allow us to play our usual game, meaning we had to hurry our passes, a lot of which went astray.

Sadly Pate will have a field day over their second goal. Rush of blood to the head by young Christie. Not sure why we had a goal disallowed in the first half. Offside maybe?

Reuben missed a much easier header than the one he scored. One of those days.

Good point after being 2 down.could have won it at the end,but we are still in the mix and for a while in the second half we knocked it around really well.blackpool had a touch of the Wycombe about them with the dark arts,and jamille Matt is a proper ***** !

Decent point from a game in we were pretty much woeful. Baffling selection from the start. Mcalinden up front on his own when we are playing into a gale force wind and Simpson started on the left of midfield. We had no pattern to our play at all. Pate will have a field day with their second but good determination from Stacey to get one back before half time.

Second half Blackpool just sat back and we just aimlessly launched the ball down the middle with the ball going straight through to the keeper on half a dozen occasions. Finally we decided to pass, get the ball wide and Reid nodded in Watkins cross.

We need to cut out the sloppy goals and cut out the hoofball.
