Confirmed on Soccerbase too, he played a total of 11 minutes in the Prem so he counts!

Another one, and considering how crap he was (one right up there for me in terms of our worst ever players) - Neil Whitworth (1 league appearance for Man United)!

EDIT: Actually, not sure when that was - whether it pre-dated the Prem.
