1st game for ages; can't wait; wrapped up well; thermals on!! Any news yet re: pitch inspection? I see there are a few postponed already due to frozen pitches; but all oooop North; so maybe the sub-tropical Devon frost will thaw in the heat of the sun today?

I braved going outside, and pressed a fork into the ground. My back garden, at least, is fine. Not frozen and fairly soft.

If the game gets called off, expect both teams and 4000+ fans round your place!

Well I love Dave's weather reports. The only thing missing is a webcam. :)

Confident about this one. Can see the boys bouncing back after the defeat to Brentford. UTC!

It'll be a bloody scandal if the game doesn't go ahead, and I see no reason whatsoever why it should be cancelled. It's lovely and sunny out and the gorund underfoot is nice and soft.

If my ten year old can manage an hour and a half of training this morning on grass then a bunch of pansy footballers should be able to manage to run around for a similar length of time this afternoon.
