This chap reckons they'll win 2-0 but he's wrong. Tisdale told us this week how brave he is so watch out Coventry - and you don't have that Jones to rip us to shreds this time.

Really horrible weather here in Cornwall, persistant rain for several hours now. How's it up there? don't want to go if the games off again!

Not sure he is, Mr The Fish, as ever I hope to hear that City attack from the off and don't simply try to hold it at 0-0 'til 70 mins. A bit more belief might work wonders, but I doubt we will find out today.

Come on City.

At the moment City winning a match is a hope rather than an expectation, no matter who we are playing against, so hope for a 2-1 or 3-2 win.

Still a lot missing with our team and tactics so will be very surprised ( but very , very pleased ) if we manage to squeeze out a win.
Once again a plea , please Tis show a bit of guts from the off not just after halftime when it's way too late.
Anyway , come on you Reds and let's be having them......

Though the thermometer says 8c it's feels an awful lot colder than that with the SSE wind still blowing strongly. More threatening is that the barometric pressure is dropping which almost certainly means that sometime this afternoon it's going to rain. It's a dull, dismal day, the sort that makes you think a mid-winter break might not be such a bad idea, especially looking at the playing surface at SJP just now. The outcome will depend on just which Exeter City side turns up, but reminds me how much we've missed both Troy Brown and JMT. Discuss.

Despite all the doom and gloom, our home form is actually pretty decent. We need a performance though (and result of course) to reinstate some hope/belief.

No no. Tisdale the Timid has been replaced by the new improved Brave Paul and he's going to bravely lead us to League 1 with the corner being turned this very day. Brave, brave Sir Paul. Hurrah !
