Tisdale as we no isnt a screaming, shout your mouth off type of manager.. His technical tactical approaches to football have somewhat done wonders at this club when we were just at a stop end in the conference, getting rid of tis is the worst thing to do. I remember at the start of the league 2 season fans were talking about being happy to stay in the division... and straight away promoted to league 1. Its a shame in football how fans expectancy of a team can change so quickly, theres big clubs in this league and for a small club like exeter to stay up this season would be simply brilliant, instead of slagging a manager off thats turned this club around lets back the boys in red and white and be the 12th man for the remainder of the season!!!
