Mind you by the sounds of the area it would be a v quick visit to the pub for me and thats saying something!
For those still not headed off, or those with access via the wonders of mobile t'Internet, one option for drinking in Dagenham is at their Social Club, which is fine.
I wouldn't say Dagenham itself is as bad as Aldershot or those Conference Estuary holes of Northfleet or Grays. But none of the pubs there look any good.
