* In August 2022 he scored 206 in the Royal London at the County Ground to crush the Cidermen.

Much kerfuffle at Sussex CCC as very promising young batsman Ali Orr* jumps ship to join Hampshire.
Apparently he wanted to renegotiate his contract, and was told there was no more money available. Hampshire were prepared to pay him more. I imagine they're the richest southern club, apart from Sorry. Incidentally, I see that Rod Bransgrove is to step down as their chairman.
