Citys 'problem' fans at home and away

I'm just watching a CNN talk show produced in London - politics, social issues etc - with usually the same guests from the world of politics and media - and one reckoned that at West Ham there is a system whereby you can send a text message direct to stewards if there is somebody "gobbing off" in a crude / racist manner and they will come and deal with it. Now I don't know if he's right.

I believe that facility is available at a few grounds already,pretty sure I heard it mentioned at a ground recently(Notts County ?)...Don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen at SJP though !

It's been available at Wembley for some years too.

although for an instant response it's best to see a steward there and then
(it's possible to speak to a steward away from the incident if you are afraid of comeback from the supporter in issue due to the complaint)

Or you could just say that you are between columns x and y and two thirds back for example.
