Scott Daniels I think. I can remember him striding up to take a penalty in a shoot out and thinking 'Oh sh!t!! If in doubt lump it down the middle' then watched him calmly send the keeper one way whilst he planted the ball in the opposite corner.

99% sure. I stand to be corrected. I have it on video but I don't have a video player sadly. If it was Browner it would still be Gozzers go anyway. (thankfully) I recall him being interviewed afterwards so it's likely I'm wrong.
