Because Tis is usually pretty coy about any of his future signings to the point we don't even know they're coming until they get here half the time. He's like this because he doesn't want our bids to get hijacked by somebody else because, as we've already felt with some of our own this close season, most other clubs have a better financial bargining base than we do.

Just what I thought when I read the report. Maybe he's in the process of agreeing terms? if he's that good surely we should snap him up quickly?
