So you are basically saying anyone who is not successful in their job should pay back what they've earned?
No, What I am saying is that Tagg would have known a lot sooner than three years that he'd dropped a clanger in taking on the post. And he should have been held accountable by the rest of the board as to whether he was comfortable with the position, and I dont mean the additional remuneration I'm assuming he picked up. If he did the CEO job without taking any additional payment, then theres no debate. If however he got paid for three years of admitted failure, I would have thought following his public admission that any additional money would have been paid back. That being said, the club board should never have let him stay in that position for such a gigantic period.

I was wondering what Guy had been up to since he left us last year. Apparently he's spent time as a Director of 'Solusvreba' (http://www.solusvreba.com), who are "Managers of Professional Adventurers and Explorers".

He is now, according to his Linkedin page, (https://uk.linkedin.com/pub/guy-wolfenden/18/423/55a) a director of 'GWC Marketing Ltd", however this company seems to have a very limited internet presence, so it's hard to establish exactly what this role entails.
I was just thinking the same thing and stumbled across this exeweb post, which I must have missed first time round and I see Ed has done my homework for me. How very odd to find a limited company with no website! We sure do pick 'em. It's like a parallel universe sometimes.

Or Love ass rub.

This company GWC Marketing Limited has been dormant. Anybody know Cheryl Doherty the other director ?

I assume his explorations in Solusvreba proved unfruitful. :(

You go me on the alarm clock
Hm - company and individual due diligence is kind of my day job so I spent a few minutes over my morning cuppa with this. GWC Marketing was founded by Wolfie in 2011, his most recently appointed directorship appears to be from around the same time at Tone FM in Taunton. Hard to say whether the two are related by anything other than Wolfie's involvement.

Solusvreba seems to be trademarked in late 2014 by another individual in Taunton (I won't post their name here) but it would appear to me that someone else set up that business and Wolfie is just lending his experience/expertise/good name (to the extent any of those exist) to the enterprise.
