No, What I am saying is that Tagg would have known a lot sooner than three years that he'd dropped a clanger in taking on the post. And he should have been held accountable by the rest of the board as to whether he was comfortable with the position, and I dont mean the additional remuneration I'm assuming he picked up. If he did the CEO job without taking any additional payment, then theres no debate. If however he got paid for three years of admitted failure, I would have thought following his public admission that any additional money would have been paid back. That being said, the club board should never have let him stay in that position for such a gigantic period.So you are basically saying anyone who is not successful in their job should pay back what they've earned?
