Hi folks,

After a lengthy posting absence, I have felt it safe to return.

Apologies if it has been mentioned elsewhere, I know the overall crowd size at Brentford but don't know how many were Grecians - any ideas? Looked like we represented ourselves well once again.

I'm not the tallest of folk however I had a real issue with the leg room depth and wondered whether the rows were designed to accommodate younger fans. Leg room in airline economy class seems more like a welcome privilege rather than necessity by comparison. Was it just me or did anyone else feel slightly uncomfortable and leave with sore knees?

Here and there
I think the attendance was just shy of 1,000...maybe 972 or summat like that.

Iirc the seats at Charlton are similar (i.e., very closely spaced)

Dunno why - just seemed more. But in fairness Brentford were too quiet for my liking.
Much more inviting a ground than New Den - which while agreeing with the "you're not scary anymore" chants, can still see why it must have been daunting in its hayday. Grim, Grey and unwelcoming - kinda like Plymouth City Centre really!!

There's usually an official slip of paper that gets passed around the press box with the total attendance on, and the number of away fans - I am pretty sure it said 901 city fans... but could be wrong!

I literally couldnt sit straight in the seats. How they would ever deal with a seated sell out as I ended up using my footspace and the seat next door.

But a decent old school ground. Also, by splitting the seating and the standing but keeping the same price, people got the perfect choice and those I wanted to stand, did!!!

We stood this time....as remembered the seats and the lack of room from last season.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
I usually like to sit,but too often the seating is too cramped...The worst was at Elland Rd in the corner section.....MK Dons & Oxford have been the best i have visited in that department.
