Boring boring detail.

I going to open (perhaps) myself to a bunch of abuse but it must be said .......the majority of threads dissolve into boring pointless detail and as a result virtually all miss the big big picture which has been looming large for decades.....this club needs positive decisive action to put a stop to the ever repeating pattern of average /poor/inconsistent results

Can you detail exactly what you mean by "detail"?

Not so sure, Pete, the OP is lacking in detail and doesn't mention anyone or anything in particular. Personally, I think there are a lot of problems at the club of which, imo, Tis is the least.
