I hope whatever we get, we reinvest it in the first team preferably with a striker.
The problem is that unless MK surprise us by being decent chaps and offering us decent compensation, we will have to wait for a transfer tribunal and won't get any money until well into next season.

Proper chaps like Tisdale and Perryman would surely not keep us waiting for the money would they?

We are not short of cash at present.

But it would be nice to know for budgeting purposes. I still think we'd only get around 100k.

Hasn’t Hiram got a free get out clause if we didn’t go up this season?

I'd like to think that maybe, one day, we'll be wealthy enough to afford an extensive scouting network like MK's.

The club say they are seeking compensation. I think that answers your question simply enough.

Maybe he said it tongue in cheek bearing in mind the Stockley clause.

I thought his contract was a free release clause if we didn’t go up so he would be out of contract now but the club could try to get something as he is under 24 so it will be interesting if they can.

I maybe wrong but if this is the case then questions need asking.
