Looking at the website at our esteemed Directors - isn't it time for a shake up??
This might well sort out our problems....
Let's take a look......
Lee - in charge of development and spearheading new stand build as he's also Chair SW Highways
Mason - also from SWH , Financial Director. Smart enough I'm sure to inform the board that nett of the FA Cup windfall the commercial dept is way off a sustainable performance and sales decreasing year on year.
Morrish - no obvious function except being Taggs "wingman" and lickspittle. Never shows at club but knows where the bodies are buried. Only tips up at match days to get extra servings of the free food. According to hospitality team stands in the corner blanking visiting Directors - who knows what he does??
Overend - nice chap, but hardly Rumpole of the Bailey when it comes to cross examining Taggs performance it would appear. More chance of Comrade Corbyn being PM than LO actually showing some balls as Trust chair.
Davies - Tagg will have her making the tea no doubt.. Surely she can use those red DMs to kick a few arses
Tagg - on the other hand has more titles than a North Korean dictator!! With community work, youth and academy responsibilities , doing all the admin. AND Executive Director of football. Surely he can give up the latter?
This would break the over friendly and compromised relationship with Tisdale. Let him concentrate on what he's good at.
Many who have had seen him in action might think he has more in common with a North Korean dictator than just the vast array of titles. Easy to see why anyone having witnessed his red faced rants might think he is psychologically flawed. A serious saviour complex and honestly believes if he were to go over despite a century of club history it would fall to the ground. Can't knock all the hard work but misplaced sense of self importance means he's at the hub of this long standing decline which is now at a critical point.
Give the guy a break - take football responsibilities from him and give them to someone that has some proper man management experience , no close relationship with the manager and an objective eye.......Lee??????
