A mysterious Irish Consortium announces plans for a "Devon & Exeter Argyle" team to play at a new 70,000 all-seater stadium ("The St James Home Arena") in Newton Abbot.

New manager, Mr Paul Tisdale, embraces Club President for Life, Sir Peter Ridsdale, both wearing the distinctive red and green hoops of the side people are already nicknaming "The Grecian Pilgrims". Ris and Tis announce a ground-breaking five year plan to win the elusive Champions League, Devon Bowl and Ryder Cup treble. A visibly emotional Porkus declares it, "a wonderful new dawn with exciting corporate hospitality potential".

But officials pour cold water on "wild speculation by a tiny handful of over-exuberant fans" about new seats in the bogs.

Who would live in a house like this?
I am hoping its exciting news that the broken sprinkler has been mended. That has been keeping me awake every night of the close season. Tonight it will be anticipation that keeps me awake.

Don't disappoint me, City.

:D Love it.

But seriously, we do need to improve our corporate hospitality potential. This could be the way forward.

So we get to see what they're suggesting we might put through planning if we can find a few million lying about?

Where does it say fans aren't allowed in?
Well, me and my two City fan mates are going. It is a public disclosure of development plans for SJP so we are assuming that anyone can go in.
