An interesting question, I guess having Brenda in situ changes the scope of enquiry as he should be capable of ring fencing the cash, he certainly couldn't take it and not pay as he would be out of a job for good, the major Accounting bodies don't look too kindly on their own pulling stunts, well not visible ones anyway.
