Yesterday I checked my bank and noticed exeter city took £45 out when I haven't ordered anything. I checked my online ticket account and 2 adult and 1 child ticket for the Oxford game has been charged to my account by club reception. Who is the best person at the club to speak to, to get this sorted. Firstly for a flrefund and secondly make sure my card details are deleted from the database.
