Might be good... then again, 5 league appearances over the last 2 seasons for Oxford doesn't exactly get my pulse racing for the new season. Where's it reported he's signed?
He featured in 12 league games last season plus 7 in the cups. Seemed to play quite a bit between November and February

He's a right-footed centre-back but can fill in at right-back too, bit like Sweeney.
IMO we still need a specialist right back / wing back. And ideally a replacement left sided CB.

I suppose there's no chance of getting Wilson again, I imagine he'll either get into the WBA squad or go on loan to a higher rated club than us (or MK Donkeys).

Only had one season where he played regularly which is concerning for a 28yr old. However last season he spent a lot of time on the bench (over 30 games) so that would indicate he wasn't in too bad a nick and was ready to be called upon if needed (there were only 2 leagues all season he wasn't involved in).

He lacks pace but he's good in the air, dare I say in the Matt Taylor-ilk. If he stays fit will probably walk into the first team.

Good stuff. 6ft 3" centre back. Yes please. Hopefully the injuries are behind him (worry)

Completely agree. Sweeney isn't a right-back and far exceeded my personal expectations in that position the last couple of seasons.

By the time your post crosses the Atlantic and gets translated in to Arizonaese, he'll be 4ft 2 inches!

Agreed. I know Sweeney is popular and got nothing against him but he just doesn't look fit enough to be a full back. Maybe his fitness can be worked on? I can still see a Luton centre back beating him in a 40 yard sprint at SJP after Sweeney had a 10 yard head start (boffin)

His injury record is a bit of a worry but that's why we have the strength and conditioning coach. Guess this means it's a no on the resigning of TAH.
Bit of an odd one, who do we have that are 'recognised' C.B's. obviously TAH, JMT, Storey and Seaborne have gone. In my back of an envelope calc, it leaves us with Troy B and new signing Aaron. Moxey has played there as has Sweeney. I'm not 100% on Croll's natural position (be nice everyone) have I missed someone?

I believe Croll is middle management
