Fair enough comment...Brighton have been excellent all season, very consistent (unlike Southampton). But I still rate Saints as the best squad in this division.....man for man superior to Brighton without doubt.
Next season in the CCC will prove that.
Fookin hell Poults...nothing slips your memory.
To be fair, if Saints had shown ANY sort of form in August & Sept they would have romped this division. But then again, as the saying goes, if your auntie had balls........
John Lewis is the way to go mate. Write off the Richer Sounds Blu Ray and put it down to experience. Get on the phone to Lewis and buy another one....you won't regret it.
Hope that helps.
Much to my regret I was a tw@t at school. Bigger than everyone else and a bit of a lad to be honest. Always looking to show off in front of my mates I'd pick on the weaker kids. Looking back now I cringe at some of the stuff I used to get away with. Being a bit of a bully has actually...
I thought you said you 'wouldn't be back on this thread'? I was kinda looking forward to that.
It's not terribly stimulating listening to someone throwing wildly 'off the mark' comments around without providing any evidence to back up those comments.
Take your own advice and disappear...
Maybe some people just like to feel 'discriminated' against without having any real evidence to back up those claims. No offence but simply saying 'I didn't get the job cause I'm a Roman Catholic", is a laughable suggestion in 2011.
And quoting a 300 year 'law' that hasn't been changed (mainly...
Oh what utter bollox. You seriously believe that? Do you have evidence to back that up or are you merely perpetuating some nasty propaganda you read about?
Discrimination against Catholics may have been an issue 50 years ago and more (although I believe even that it was exaggerated to suit...
A decent post Phil. Whilst I champion the Unionist/Loyalist position, I'm old enough and wise enough to know my ancestors certainly committed shameful acts. We can dissect history and apportion blame til we're blue in the face but the fact remains today that myself, and a million other British...
Indeed Rae. It sort of sticks in my craw a bit hearing 'the cruelest acts of terrorism commited in this country were carried out by those wrapping themselves in the Union Jack'.
People have short memories.
I assume you are in your late teens/early twenties Poletice? Only someone of such an age could readily compare the atrocities of trained and armed Republican paramilitaries with the actions of a handful of brain dead football type thugs.
With the EDL start assassinating Members of Parliment...
I'd ask him to tell that to the mother of the two men in the short 3 min video I've linked below.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8I8y4iL7jQw
The 'crime' these two young men committed was to join the Britsh Army and innocently take a wrong turn into a PIRA funeral in 1988.
They were dragged...
Quite correct and that's exactly what I'll continue to do, ie. live in the 21st Century.
I'll continue to love my British corner of the United Kingdom which STILL remains part of the British Isles despite the men of terror, their bombs and their cheering fanatics.
You see they didn't...
Well Anonymous, it has as much to do with the EDL as my academic record has.
In any case, I think you and I are struggling to connect somewhat Anonymous. Your 'A' levels are obviously the stumbling block. They are making it difficult for me to communicate with you at your level.
I'll...
Oh I doubt too many people could be offended by the name of a past King of England. Of course that's not taking into account those keyboard warriors out there 'looking' to be offended I suppose.
Maybe I should have chosen a nicer all round guy, say, "Saint George". That would have been more...
