A lot of people bought tickets weeks ago assuming something would rest on the game. Is the published number inclusive of those sold tix even if the holders did not bother to turn up because its a dead fixture?

However, it is of more concern - and no doubt inviting more "tinpot" comments - that we have apparently failed to send WBA the ticket allocation to the agreed timetable, so their previously announced distribution arrangements are having to be put back. Of course the fault may not lie with us -...
