Not the best - hubby had heart attack, I was very sick spending nearly 7 weeks in hospital and I turned 40. On the other hand I realised what fab family and friends I have and also realised that life is what you make it. No point in worrying there are some things you can not change!

well i didn't smoke alot - only a social smoker really but havn't had one for 3 weeks and don't intend to start again.

bloody great bugger of a spider in the bath this morning!! dunno how i am gonna get rid of it so i can jump in the shower!

After all the planning and how much he was looking forward to it Lez has been taken poorly while in Scotland. he has been admitted to hospital and is going to theatre this afternoon. I'll let him explain why when he gets back on here but I would like to wish him a speedy recovery and a safe...

Today I did see LLL, ECFC girl, credy( gobby as always), manc grecian, ellis the greek, the BB boys, and a new one for me today was Stix ( and what a pleasure). I am sure there were more there but they were young'uns so i didnt recognise them!

STOP RUNNING! At least for the moment. Pain relief and physio, and sometimes the inserts in your shoes do work but not in every case. Good luck - its not a nice condition to have.

If i was brave enough I would do it but you only have to speak to everyone I know about how bad I am with heights! I cant even get across the bridge at St Davids station without freaking! I will deffo try and come and support you all though xx
