Rumours flying around Vale that Ben Watson could possibly be joining us.

Dont know if there is any truth in the rumour at all but he did play under Micky Adams at Brighton back in 2001.

Anybody heard anything like this?

Nope nothing at all. Not sure he is good enough for League 1. Didn't really get a chance in League 2 last season.

same here would not be suprised at all given his lack of first team football (i know he has been injured) but i do hope that he does not go as i have always liked him as a footballer and will forever be a legend for the penalty at torquay

If its anybody from ECFC then your best bet would be Steve Basham But Torquay might have got there 1st.

His not leaving because he has just signed a new contract and from talking to him it sounds like he wants to stay and break into the first team. but you can never be 100% sure so im getting prepared to have to start a new exeweb account
