That has been tried previously, having hustings before a match. The drawbacks were time constraints and a number of key individuals having various matchday duties. The Trust AGM has always been held in this manner too, in order to make it easier for those attending from a distance. An unforseen problem is likely to occur this year, as the matchday chosen is Peterborough at home. This happens to be an International break weekend which may result In a postponement. Should that occur, will the AGM still go ahead with the risk of not enough members attending to constitute a quorum ?So if we held meetings on match days then it is more likely that all could attend in person?
