Well done lads, solid performance that. Under the cosh for large spells but looked so dangerous when we were around their box.

Liked the way Hiram knocked the drop ball out for a throw deep in their half.

Aaron Martin absolutely immense again, Botaeng down the middle is a serious threat to any team, so strong, so direct and teams backoff him.

Good teams close out games and thats exactly what we did, they had one plan....route one and we simply soaked it up.

Great performance. Now to the game a significant number of Grecians have been waiting for, same again please lads.

The franchise drew 1-1 after playing 10 men for the last 14 minutes.

Simon Larkins on Radio Devon hopes Exeter City supporters give Tiswas a great reception. Who is he kidding.....what a pillock does he really think we are going to do that when apart from anything else we need to concentrate all our efforts on cheering the team on to a win and keeping our place top of the league.

Really entertaining game, particularly in the second half, largely thanks to Cambridge trying to play some good passing football at speed. Although they had a lot of the ball we limited them to a few half chances and Pym was never really tested. Not sure why they took their number 10 off as he was their best player and after that Cambridge were not quite so threatening - Corr's main contribution was arguing with the ref. Overall, our goals may have been a little lucky but we deserved the win for the way we defended for the whole game. Moxey was probably man of the match; even though it still seems strange seeing him at centre back it seems to be his best position.

Clearly not but after 12 years of being best mates withthe opposition this is refreshing to see.

No and I think a lot of people give more than a flying **** they failed to beat ten men and had they won they would have been level at the top with us. As it is we are 2 points clear of them.

Really well ground out win, with virtually no real chances created from Cambridge. Great to see us probably not top of the fair play league, very street wise.

I will have to say this though. After watching us vs Carlisle, Newport and Cambridge, we are not a 'footballing' team. The ball spends an unholy amount of time in the air. It's the points that matter, up the city !!
