PW is coming on loan until the end of the season with, hopefully, a view to a permanent move in the summer. The turks have been pursuing him, but they have a couple of old friends he'd rather avoid.

Should be done and dusted on Monday allowing him to make his debut at Cambridge.

This is excellent news. He'll make a huge difference. Looking forward to another day out at Wemberlee :D

Cheers
Ian

You're winding us up, right?

If not, lower your head in shame.

I'm surprised if he is. I thought he was as Green as any one of those idiots that watch him in the stands and the idea of wearing a City shirt would be repulsive even if it is only to help regain match fitness.

If it's true Oli, I think that is the whole point of the exercise. He has recovered from his knee injury but isn't match fit enough to be playing Championship football having been out for so long. Argyle let him come to us so he can regain his fitness in not quite such a rushed style and then when the begining of pre-season comes around he is on a level playing field with the rest of the Gaws.
