Not totally sure but I think it’s to do with one of the Regiional Development centres that feed into the academy. Centre manager Alex Pope did the commentary on the Youth Cup game. He is also joint manager of Wellington which explains why a few of our youngsters are ending up there.

I’m guessing thats the end block near the Posh fans full tomorrow. Always good to get young fans in through the connection of a feeder/local club. Some young fans never get the chance or aren’t able financially to watch ecfc. All for this

Anyone know if any of the U18s have been offered professional contracts yet (apart from Harry Lee and Sonny Cox of course) ?

And any views on who from that lot - there's loads of them!- who might be most likely to get professional terms for next season?
