Kevin Nicholson doesn't pull his punches, does he?

He strikes me as the “hard but fair “ type.
He spoke very openly and well I thought in a fairly lengthy Senior Reds Zoom meeting he joined us for in lockdown.
I appreciate the youngsters need praise and encouragement but professional football seems to me to be a brutal business so best they see, hear and learn that asap.
