Our recent history would suggest for the u16 coach to step up to the u18's. Both Chad and Dan Green before him were appointed that way. Is it still Chris McPhee and Steve Tully with the u16's?

He has left to be Head of Professional Development at Doncaster Rovers/RL/Sports College. Sounds like a job with a bigger portfolio/prospects and his comments about City would not suggest anything untoward. Nothing to see here.
He has certainly done a fantastic job and good luck to him in the future.
Aah but did he walk or was he pushed. #fullysubscribedtotheconspiracytheorylol

Our record of giving people, on and off the pitch, the opportunity to improve and progress their careers continues to be incredibly impressive.

What a contribution Chaad has made down the years. Have loved the frankness and openness of his post match comments on the U18s.

Of course as an opportunity club it is inevitable that people come in, learn, develop and ultimately move on to bigger (though not necessarily better!) things.

I really hope that we find a way to have Chris McPhee as a full timer in the academy set up.

That's great. What's his job title/role?

According to McPhee’s Linked In page he is ‘Lead Youth Development Phase Coach’ at the City Academy and has been since 2018. He joined the Academy in 2014 so has now been there for nearly 8 years.
