He has left to be Head of Professional Development at Doncaster Rovers/RL/Sports College. Sounds like a job with a bigger portfolio/prospects and his comments about City would not suggest anything untoward. Nothing to see here.
He has certainly done a fantastic job and good luck to him in the future.

Not buying it. I heard his dad's cat's brother's company were the developer that pulled our of the C&F development and he was responsible for bringing them on board
Seriously though, sounds like a loss to the Academy and best of luck to him.

That's more the reason, but you also forgot the imaginary blowout that Matty T has with all departures this one over Nando's as opposed to KFC.Not buying it.
