I am looking forward to reading Stroudy's contribution which we would do well to heed.

Roasted, and skinned red peppers cooled, with shirazi salad inside. But I guess that's more of a meal.

Does the humble boiled egg count as healthy?

Alone in my polytunnel.
I go through a 4oz packet of dried prunes a day. Not only are they a healthy alternative to biscuits, chocolate and the like, they also ensure that I fire out of the other end with impeccable timing and regularity. Joyce used to use my motions as a diary note for appointments but once missed an important meeting the day after the clocks changed.
