Roasted chickpeas with turmeric, black pepper and paprika. Only a minimal amount of olive oil used to roast. Great for your gut microbiome, low in calories, high in protein and made in about 30 minutes.

Failing that, a small amount of organic walnuts / sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
