A New York court discloses that Prince Andrew’s accuser pocketed $500K when she settled with Epstein outside of court 12 years ago, part of that settlement stated Guiffre could not pursue any other alleged defendant involved in Epstein’s nefarious activities.
Looks like the poor woman is after more cash.

Bill Cosby got off on appeal recently with a similar scenario. So you'd expect the same to happen here.

But this is the US we're talking about and the significant difference is the demographic.

It's pretty evident that Guiffre is simply after more cash and I think it's pretty likely that she'll get it. That's how it works in the States. And it's not like rAndy can declare bankruptcy.

His defence threw everything at it, including arguing that extending the statute of limitations for victims of child sexual abuse to sue was unconstitutional, which if accepted would have prevented an innumerable number of victims from getting justice. Dick move.

Doubt he'd bother going to court. And what does it matter if he loses, seeing he's probably going to have to pay her off anyway? I seem to remember OJ lost his civil case and it made little difference.
