To be fair, when Spurs put the same kind of welly behind it they got 38,262 at The Tottenham Stadium for a game against Arsenal. It does seem an anomaly that when an extra promotion effort is put behind a "one off" game you get such a disparity in attendance.Bleddy hell, our women got more than that at SJP.
Probably true. Most of the games are played on little more than park pitches. To be fair, when Spurs put the same kind of welly behind it they got 38,262 at The Tottenham Stadium for a game against Arsenal. I'm a bit surprised. She left City to make a step down to get game time at Torquay because she wasn't getting any at City but now join a club who are in a higher division than City.......... unless she's playing against City Reserves tomorrow.Bridgwater United have signed ex City player Mia Preston this week.
She maybe in line for her debut tomorrow as BUFC have moved their match from their usual pitch to the 3G one at the College next door to presumably ensure the weather doesn’t cause a postponement.
Tricky game if she plays though as Oxford are the visitors and are top of the table and undefeated after their first 10 league matches of the season.
Reduced entry of a fiver for adults and under 16s free if anyone on here is interested and up this way.
