What year did you first watch or take a interest in The Grecians ?

Just a bit of fun to see the age demographic of posters.

For me it was 1971 for the first match,I had taken a interest the year before aged 9.

I wonder if there are any supporters about(not of this forum) who went to
SJP pre 1935 ?

89/90 promotion year my dad started bringing me We got caught up in the buzz around the place that year I was twelve at the time we ended up going to every home game and I still have every programme although the collection was completed some years later I used to have my dads old cow shed card but it has been misplaced for a few years now unfortunately.

1957 when Ted Calland was centre forward! Now there was a tough player.Used to stand right behind the goal where the Big Bank is now.

Nov 1967 v Rochdale. 3-1 to City. Taken to the game by a neighbour.

City and I go back a long way !

Early 1958, I think. Another old fart who started going to SJP when we were in the Third Division (South).

The season we got relegated to the conference. Fancied something to do on a Saturday afternoon so went and watched us get beat by Torquay 2-1. Place I worked had season tickets and for some reason nobody else wanted them so that's how i got hooked.
