I’ve got a feeling this boy is going to tear it up in L1. Serious potential, Banging signing! It’s the sort of successful signing those clowns down the road have made over the last few years, Scottish heritage I.E Ryan Hardie

Probably worded incorrectly, for which I apologise. But almost died and playing regularly in the Prem? Doesn't sound right either. Would be good to get a bit more detail.
I didn’t say he played regularly in the Prem, I said he played in the prem within a period of 12 years that he had chronic kidney issues. Wasn’t an overnight thing.

“Other clubs got in contact, including Plymouth Argyle and Portsmouth, nearer where he lived in Surrey. “There were other options but going to a Plymouth or something didn’t have that pull for me as much as coming back to this area,” he says

Mcdonald looks a really good player, the anchor of the midfield and with a bit more fitness I'd imagine he'll score a few as well. If I remember correctly we only signed him until the end of the season? Hopefully we can tie him down for next year. A great player.
