Really pleased about the deserved contract extension, even if I'm a bit surprised that it is two years rather than one.

Jake was really unlucky last season, brought in to be first choice marauding right back, but was injured and Josh Key played instead ....

As MJP has said Caprice may yet end up back on the right after this summer

Good news & well deserved. His ability to play as either RWB or LWB is a real asset.
Look forward to seeing him playing over the next couple of seasons.

I have mixed feelings about this. I like Caprice and I think he's decent for League Two. But is he good enough to hold down a starting place in League One should we get there? I'm not so sure. And he's 29 now. I'm amazed it's an extra two years tbh.

The fact that he can now play both sides makes it good business. If we get to league one and he isn't a starter he would certainly provide good cover on either side so in essence could do the job of two players freeing up a wage to be used in different areas.

Agree with you but when we get promoted as stated above will be excellent cover both sides with a wealth of experience
Think it is a good signing

Good signing, Jake is a hard working, fit and fast full back. Really hoping MT sees him as a replacement for Josh Key on the right when he moves on.

Be interesting to see how he fares tonight. Always the chance to switch sides to confuse the oppos.

Did pretty well, I thought; great cross for the equaliser.
