Might be but never looked as quick from about December onwards as he did early season.
How much have you seen of Callum Rowe before kicking Josh and Lewis off the podium?

No more than you have which is why I said 'looks like' in the original post.

Hey Callum. If you want to see a giant nervous breakdown followed by psychotic gibberings then welcome to exeweb, home of the totally insane masquerading as completely logical. You'll have fun.😂👍

Looking forward to seeing Rowe play. It’s great that we’ve added some pace to the side with Rowe and Coley, which we lacked last season.

With Randall as well we are definitely not lacking in attacking pace. Randall must be one of the quickest players in L2?

reports of the Shrews friendly say he played Left Centre back when he came on for Grounds and apparently did OK.

Callum started as a midfielder, so I think there's plenty of opportunities for him to push for a place other than left back. An option in midfield if Collins is out for a while or left centre back if Hartridge is out for a while, as well as pushing for a place at left wing back. Versatility will be a big plus for him.

He did fine there but that was mostly because by that point Shrewsbury had pretty much giving up trying to score and had instead chosen to spend most of the second half playing keep ball. Not sure he's a serious option to play there in the league and assume Matt Taylor only stuck him there so we could keep the same formation and allow Ray and Sweeney time to get used to playing together in their regular positions. However, the fact that Dyer didn't come on suggests he isn't yet considered a first team option. I do wonder, if Hartridge is not available and Grounds not fit enough yet to play 90 whether we might yet be forced to go back to playing 4 at the back next week.
