I suggest that all of those unfortunates actually served with a fixed penalty notice for breaching the lockdown change their names to "Dominic Cummings" forthwith.

They can then employ what I believe is known as "the Spartacus" defence!

Could you tell me why you were driving at 120mph?
It was my instinct to get home as quickly as possible.
Sorry for wasting your time, sir, please be on your way.

I think Mr Cummings might be advised to have a word with Andrew Mitchell about what happens when you start a public argument with the police...

Tim Montgomery, the Conservative commentator, who says he is a Brexit supporter and really believed in Johnson (naive) says he is very disappointed in Johnson and that Cummings should have been fired 24 hours ago.

I'm reserving judgement until I hear from Mr Jinx and/or Al2000, or any other Vote Leave government supporter left on here.

There has to be a reasonable explanation for the most squirm inducing, cringeworthy and inept public display from a serving Prime Minister, ever.

Could you add "evasive" to your list of adjectives?.
I have a feeling that Lord Tebbern (😉) will make reference to an advisor in the Harold Wilson government not social distancing in 1967. .
