That would have been Vickie, who's surname escapes me right now.

Long, reddish, curly hair, yeah?!
From what I recall Egg, It was a long time ago.

Check my post #7,119 – there's a video of Vicky's Blind Date appearance there!

So it didn't occur to you that she was basically letting you know that she "was not only available but also interested" ? 😎
Ha..I doubt she was giving out those signals to me, beside I was spoken for at the time.

I must admit the one thing I do miss about working is meeting all sorts of folk, most lovely with just the occasional loon, rarely someone who was just plain nasty.
I got to become a pretty good judge of character after 40 years of going in & out of peoples homes.
I could write a book or better still pen a TV Sitcom about some of the things that happened with my work colleagues(who also were friends) plus people I came across through working in their home.

Me too.

With Pilot as support?
Saw them in 2003, in a double header that night. Got a taxi straight after their gig in Hackney down to see Kraftwerk's midnight show at the Brixton academy. What a night!!

Heads up on TPTV at 9pm tonight(30th Nov)

In Cold Blood(1967) A American neo noir based on true events & a book. a little artistic license is used but it’s a reasonably portrayal of true events.

Worth watching or recording.

I noticed from the credits that Sparks were special guests on that programme so just had to Google it ...

Summat decidedly odd about Ron. Can’t put my finger on it but definitely not right.

30th November 1989.

Scooby-Doo, this would have been a episode originally broadcast in 1979.

Scooby turned up on the BBC originally in 1970. The CBS production was made for US TV Saturday mornings. It was shown on the BBC in the late afternoon weekday, being hugely popular at the time with children with its slightly wacky characters & script from what we were used to from cartoon characters.
The original(& best) were the 2 CBS made seasons(25 episodes 1969-71)
ABC took over the franchise making various short films & seasons during the decade & beyond.
