Only watched the first one Isca, it did not rock my boat 😎
Same. I’m sure I’m not the only one tired of every new drama series liberally littered with f-words these days.

I agree about the swearing. Maybe a little for emphasis, but not every other word.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
John Le Mesurier wishes it to be known that he conked out on November 15th 1983. He sadly misses family and friends. "It's all been rather Lovely"

Charlie’s Angels on ITV(most regions) This is the 2nd season of 5. Cheryl Ladd has replaced Farrah Fawcett.
One of the many Spelling, Goldberg productions of the era.

Ah - The Water Margin. Used to watch that avidly. Still remember the opening sequence. Didn't have a clue what it was about or what was going on...but that mattered little.

(Little known fact: Miriam Margoyles supplied the female voice in the Water Margin)

And It Ain't Half Hot Mum! A show that won't be getting repeats on the BBC any time soon.

The very funny "Oh No It's Selwyn Froggitt" on ITV just before Charlie's Angels, Starring the late Bill Maynard. The Goodies on BBC2, Now repeated on That's TV and locally, Westward Diary and Treasure Hunt on Westward TV. Happy times.

I Claudius is at the surreal stage with the insane Caligula as Emperor. John Hurt playing the part magnificently.
Caligula(Hurt) on left, Messalina(Shelia White) Claudius( Derek Jacobi)
