David Yip in "Making Out" on BBC1, better known for that great series "The Chinese Detective" Watched that and really enjoyed it. Also early days of Morning TV, Kilroy on the BBC and This Morning on ITV.

Think so, He left the BBC or was given the boot and tried to get back into politics by launching his own party, Think it was called Veritas? I'm sure it morphed into UKIP.

Ah yes. I remember that party he tried to start. I remember he did an awful game show called 'SHAFT' and then seemed to vanish off the face of the earth.
