Watching The Man in the High Castle season 3 which is really, really good, Watched Dr Who and not overly impressed, Think because they have a female lead they've decided to over hype it and because its a woman as the Doctor then we MUST like it, It seems to be not as good IMO but I'll give it time
Pity The Man in the High Castle seems to be on Amazon Prime and not available on dvd , would have liked to have watched the four series.Enjoyed the book though I doubt the tv production is much like it.

I've never read the book but I'm sure the TV series can be streamed online somewhere

I see my reply didn’t come over too well about the book , what I meant was that both book and tv are both excellent but they must have changed the storyline for tv stretching out to four series. Book was by Philip K Dick of Blade Runner fame. Will look out for alternative ways to watch the series. At the moment there is so much available to watch what with Netflix , Sky Cinema and all.

Probably right about stretching the story out. I must admit that I could easily have spent the weekend binge watching but decided to two episodes yesterday and three today and the same next weekend

I'm struggling to understand just what constitutes a 'celebrity' these days. Other than Ian Wright, James Haskell and Kate Garraway I have never heard of any of the others. Therefore it should really be named, I'm a Member of the General Public Get Me Out of Here.

Personally I wouldn’t get them out I’d leave them all there , but in answer to your question , a celebrity is
1) A member of the Eastenders cast
2) A member of the Coronation St cast
3) Someone who has won an egg and spoon race somewhere
4) Carole Vorderman

You forgot two other up and coming genres.

1. Some reality TV loser that still nobody's ever heard of and who will be unveiling new branches of specsavers in places like Kings Lynn in a few years time because they can't get work.

2. You tubers who spend their existences posting inane banality on there such as spending all day playing Minecraft and talking about it.

It's harmless light entertainment. Minor slebs hoping to secure future employment and become less "B-list" and a TV company humiliating them in the process. The people who join up are no lesser celebrities than those on the dancing, singing, cooking show dross on telly ad nauseam. If you don't like it switch over.
