Forgive my ignorance - Nick Hawker stepping down means a new Chair, right?

is the chair nominated/voted on/taken in turns?

Possibly. He may seek re-election as he is entitled. If elected a vote among all those then on the trust board will decide.

So he’s standing down because his term has finished?

Yes. Nick, Doug and Pete have reached the end of their three year terms. Mark has only served two but rule 51 states that one third of Trustees must resign each year so i presume he has volunteered to do so to satisfy this. All four of them can stand for re-election if they want to.

Can someone clarify. Course current Trust Board members are standing down but the email I received from the Trust indicates that there will be at least one Trust Board vacancy for election. But presumably with 4 members standing down, there are four vacancies available for election, or am I being thick?

My previous note should have "four" in place of "course"
