This squad is looking good. If Hoskins joins and can be less of a sicknote? Happy Days.

Did he play when we beat them at Whaddon Road earlier this year?

No, but he played at SJP on Boxing Day, according to the BBC

No he didn't. Not sure why he wasn't part of the match day squad, but he did play in the Boxing Day match if you look at the Exeweb article.

Thanks. That's good news as the Cheltenham back four that day were truly terrible. Glad he wasn't one of them!

From the Robin's Nest:

'He's very lucky to remain in the Football League imo. 2 relegations on his CV and he was extremely poor last season.'

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Good news is he has 157 starts at age 24 including a short spell with Ipswich in the championship. He played the night they beat us three two in the league cup.

Less good is that his last two clubs appear to have gone down to the conference.

Wonder is the talk of him failing a medical the other week had any basis? Can't remember which poster it was, in any case the club are happy as they have signed him. Hope he will be as good as our last Troy, will look forwards to seeing him play.

Oh, and no mention of contract length ;)
