Are “S S” the initials of rumoured player Hants? 🤔
I didn’t realise Steven Seagal was still playing , used to have quite a kick.

I wonder if we could tempt Callum Morton for another stint in L2. He’s played 30 minutes in L1 for Lincoln, surely WBA would rather him play more and we have a good track record with their players...
Shoulder injury - out for at least another 3 weeks. Hasn't played since September.

Sam Stubbs of Fleetwood fits the bill of all these little hints. Listed as 6ft on Wiki, 22 years old, recovering from knee surgery.
No idea if it's him, just a name that matches the hints given out on here.

Seems to fit. Son of Alan Stubbs links in with blue blood.

Imagine that would be a loan then as he only signed for Fleetwood in September...

Signed a 2yr deal with Fleetwood in September of last year with Fleetwood holding an option of a further year, have we possibly gone and got the cheque book out ??

footballs a strange place at the best of times (even more so given the pandemic) but id see it strange despite injury for them to cut ties with him 5 months into a 2 year deal.

Signing someone recovering from a knee injury doesn’t have a good feel about it to me.

The bizarre part of all this is that we had an experienced fit and decent CB at the club in Aaron Martin who was released at the end of last season.

Guessing his performance at Wembley did him few favours and he might have been on a decent wage

I thought he was decent but inconsistent

Crumbs Clouseau , you really sussed that one out. Now your next test is , he’s a centre forward , scores one in ten with no assists , is five foot six inches , is injury prone and is no good with his head.
